The Mishimoto Silicone Intake J-Tube is a performance and durability upgrade that works for any 2016+ Polaris RZR XP Turbo. By giving the air entering your turbocharger the smoothest possible path, it helps reduce turbulence compared to the factory plastic accordion style intake while also being flexible enough to withstand any bumps and vibrations on the trail. Constructed from four layers of silicone with embedded steel wire reinforcement and heat resistant fibers, this silicone intake j-tube can withstand the harshest of environments whether you’re racing, trail blazing, mud bogging, rock crawling, or dune jumping. Our silicone is already durable by itself, and with the addition of the steel wire reinforcement, this intake will stand up to any amount of boost you can throw at it. Added benefits of silicone compared to plastic are significantly better heat rejection and a more positive seal at connection points to ensure that no dust, dirt, or debris slips past into your intake system. Our silicone intake j-tube connects to your factory airbox and turbocharger, has CNC machined barbed hose fittings for your crankcase breather tube and bypass valve recirculation tube, and CNC machined pressure sensor port, all preinstalled. For vehicles that are using a vent to atmosphere blow-off valve, we also include a block-off cap for the recirculation tube port.
