Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”, “Terms of Use”) carefully before using the https://www.partslegion.com website (the “Service”) operated by Rvenge Transmissions LLC, DBA Parts Legion (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

Safety & Emissions Compliance

The items sold on our site or through emails, private invoices, etc. are all considered for off-road use only. Please check with your local ordinances for emissions and safety compliance regulations. Rvenge Transmissions LLC, or any agent working on behalf of Rvenge Transmissions LLC shall not be responsible for any laws, ordnances, or safety regulations that may be breached by use of any products we sell or service. Any adverse effect, whether emissions, safety, or injury related shall not be the responsibility of Rvenge Transmissions LLC, but solely the responsibility of the purchaser and installer of any parts or services offered by Rvenge Transmissions LLC. Rvenge Transmissions LLC will not be liable for any labor costs, other monetary costs or penalties, or bodily injury caused by the use of any product we market or sell.

Brand Names / Logos / Product Images

Unless otherwise noted, all brand names, logos, or product images are the copyright of their brand owners and remain their property. They are only used on Rvenge Transmissions LLC websites or other correspondence for illustrative and marketing purposes. Rvenge Transmissions LLC makes no claim to ownership of any photo, brand, or product description that we did not take, write, or own ourselves.

Parts Legion is a registered trademark of Rvenge Transmissions LLC. Use of this name, logo, or anything related to Parts Legion is strictly prohibited without written permission.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. Intellectual Property, The Service, and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rvenge Performance & Transmissions and its licensors.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Parts Legion. Parts Legion has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Parts Legion shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of United States without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.

Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least a 30 day notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

Pricing Errors

In the event that we discover an error or inaccuracy in the price at which your order was purchased, we will attempt to contact you and inform you of this as soon as possible. You will then have the option of purchasing your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you choose to cancel your order and payment has already been debited, the full amount will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Shipping

We will strive to ship any and all products on our site as quickly as possible once a payment has been cleared. We keep many products in house, but also utilize drop shipping services and may ship directly from our manufacturer and distributors directly in an effort to provide the best possible service and lowest costs to our customers. Shipping estimations given at time of checkout are estimations only and are estimations on the shipping time itself. It is not an estimation of order fulfilment, nor is a guarantee of shipping or order fulfilment timelines. Customers will be notified during purchase in the event an item is on backordered. In the event a product is on back order and our inventory is incorrect we will contact our customer and let them know about the delay. The customer may choose to accept the delay or cancel the order at that time. If the order is for a custom, manufactured, or special order the client will be made aware of this and if they give consent to begin the custom, manufactured, or special order it may not be able to be cancelled in the future. Certain operations, such as machining, or welding may also not be cancelled after they are started.

Returns

Any and all returns must be approved by Parts Legion. Any returns must be initiated within 90 days of purchase. Some merchandise cannot be returned and is listed under our Return Policy Exemption.

Parts Legion DOES NOT REFUND SHIPPING CHARGES.

Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be in like new unopened packaging. The item must be in a re-sellable condition, or the return will not be accepted.

Refunds for returns initiated within 30 days will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, debit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exemption. Returns made after 30 days and before 90 days will be returned as Store Credit. Returns for purchases made with a gift card or Store Credit will be refunded as Store Credit.

Shipping charges will be refunded in the event that the return is the result of an error by Parts Legion.

Return Policy on Freight Shipments

Defective or damaged items delivered via freight shipment:

Before a customer accepts delivery, items delivered via freight (including, but not limited to, large or irregularly shaped items, transmissions, wheels/tires, engine blocks, items over 150 lbs., etc.), should be inspected for defects or damage. If any exists, the customer should notify the driver about damages for options and refuse delivery if you do not want the damaged product. Once delivery is accepted, the product may be returned if the defects and/or damage are identified and reported to Parts Legion by emailing contact@partslegion.com within 48 hours of delivery. Return freight will be paid by the customer to return the item after initial delivery is accepted by the customer.

Merchandise that is Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable:

Gift Cards and Store Credits
Electronics of any kind
Fuel related items
Items that have been installed
Services
Items that have been purchased on behalf of customers to complete a service (These items will be sent to the customer)
Custom ordered or built on demand items/products
Shipping charges / Freight charges that are not the result of an error by Parts Legion

Warranty Policy

No warranty on any items is available unless expressly given by the manufacturer of the item or Parts Legion. Any drivetrain components rebuilt by Rvenge Transmissions LLC carry a 6-month warranty on workmanship. This does not include any damage occurring during any racing or competitive driving, launches, etc. Customer supplied or used parts carry no warranty. At maximum warranty includes Rvenge Transmissions LLC repairing or replacing the item at our discretion. No fluids, shop labor, freight, shipping or incidental or consequential damages or injury are covered in any way.

Legion Rewards: Terms and Conditions

Program Overview

The Legion Rewards program (“Program”) is designed to reward loyal customers of partslegion.com. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms:

Earning Legion Reward Points

For every dollar spent on partslegion.com, you will earn 3 Legion Rewards.*
When you create an account, you’ll automatically receive 2000 Legion Rewards as a sign-up bonus.
Certain items may be exempt from the Legion Perks program or may earn rewards at a different rate based either on the item itself, or a sale or promotion.

Redemption of Rewards

20 Legion Rewards are equivalent to one dollar that can be applied toward future purchases.
Rewards cannot be exchanged for cash value.
Rewards are only applicable to registered customers.

Exclusions

Legion Rewards are not awarded for the purchase of gift cards.
Rewards are valid only for products and services available on partslegion.com.

Termination and Changes

Parts Legion reserves the right to terminate or modify the program at any time.
In the event of program termination, all unredeemed rewards will be forfeited.

No Cash Value

Rewards have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.
If Parts Legion ceases to exist, all rewards become void.

Liability Disclaimer

By participating in the program, you release Parts Legion from any liability related to the use of Legion Rewards.
Parts Legion is not responsible for any issues arising from reward redemption.
Parts Legion is not liable for any errors in calulating Legion Rewards. If an error is found, Parts Legion may correct that error at its discretion.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Missouri.

Additional Terms and Conditions

Returns and Forfeiture:

If you return a qualifying part, any Legion Rewards awarded for that part will be forfeited. We appreciate your understanding as this ensures fairness in the program.

Exchanges:

In the case of exchanging one qualifying part for another, you will receive only one Legion Reward award. We want to keep things straightforward and transparent.

Fraudulent Activity:

Parts Legion reserves the right to reject or cancel Legion Reward certificates that were obtained through fraudulent means. We take program integrity seriously and appreciate your cooperation.

Expiration:

Legion Rewards are good for 5 years from the date you earn them. Specifically, they are good for 1825 days from the day earned.

Customer Limitations:

The perks programs and Legion Rewards are limited to one account per customer.
Creating more than one account per customer and earning rewards on more than one account will amount to forfeiture of ALL Legion Rewards. Furthermore, if a customer is found to have redeemed rewards point towards purchases from more than one account, further legal action may be taken by Parts Legion to recoup money and any items lost from the use of fraudulently gained rewards points.

Please note that these terms are subject to change, and any updates will be communicated to program participants.

Cookies and Privacy

By continuing to use our service you agree we may store “cookies’ which are just small pieces of information to aid in your checkout process. Additionally, we have an opt-in newsletter service. Your personal information will not be used for any other purpose than directly related to the use of this site.

If you make a request to contact@partslegion.com we will remove all of your account and personal information from any and all databases, we maintain within 72 hrs.
