BBK High Flow performance X pipes are designed to maximize the horsepower and torque of your 1986-1993 Ford Mustang 5.0 V8. Every BBK Performance X pipe is designed as a direct replacement for the factory pipe and features larger diameter 16 gauge 2-1/2 CNC mandrel bent aluminized steel tubing with a unique BBK center X section for improved exhaust extraction, along with high flow catalytic converters to help increase exhaust flow and maximize performance to the rear wheels. These BBK full catted X pipes will install directly to the factory exhaust headers or any aftermarket shorty exhaust and feature factory O2 sensor placement for simple direct installation. The X-pipe is designed to be used with BBK long tube headers. Part # 1643 / 16430 These BBK short x-pipes are designed from 2-3/4" mandrel bent steel tubing with high flow catalytic converters for maximum exhaust flow. The X-pipe features rear oxygen sensor bungs in the factory location making installation a breeze. Not only is this X-pipe required to finish your long tube header install, it further improves exhaust flow, increasing horsepower, torque and throttle response.
