This is a product that we encouraged Synchrotech to develop and they did a great job! Finally an alternative to OEM synchros. We have built a number of units with these synchronizers and have had very positive feedback. Jeff Davis ran a 10.77 in his DR750 car running one of our transmissions with a full carbon synchro set.

Both early and late carbon 5th gear synchros available now. If you have an early model hub (91-92) with a raised lip inside the 5th gear side your hub will need to select the early model style or the synchro will be destroyed when installed. 

TYPICALLY (BUT NOT ALWAYS) the late model ~93 transmissions that need the late synchro will have the big input shaft bolt and the hollow shaft.
